Please use the Agreed Date (format: Day/Month/Year, eg, 15/01/25) as the payment reference. Please Note: As soon as you submit this form full payment is required unless the booking cannot be fulfilled by us. Once paid, the fee is non-refundable. Responsibilities: - You are responsible for ensuring the space is used respectfully and in line with our guidelines, particularly around health and safety. - Do not overload the plug sockets. - Don’t create trip hazards with trailing cables. - Leave all the table lamps turned on please. - If you’re last out, please turn off the main ceiling lights when you leave. - f the fire alarm sounds, you must leave by the nearest exit, call 999 and ask for the Fire Brigade, taking your guests with you, and at the toilets in the car park, wait for the fire brigade, let them know if anyone is missing, do not re-enter until told it’s safe. - Any damages caused to the space or equipment during your hire period may result in additional charges. - Please put any furniture you move back where you found it. - Please leave all kitchen items clean or in the dishwasher ready to be washed.
